What SDT Service Delivers
SDT offers tailored lifecycle service for aggregates, engines, and transmissions – both in maritime and stationary applications. When individual components of an aggregate need to be replaced, we consistently rely on the use of original spare parts, which we stock in large quantities in our own warehouse. This enables our service to provide necessary spare parts in the shortest possible time.
- Commissioning and acceptance

- Documentation and class approvals
- Inspection, maintenance, and repair, including the following procedures:
Laser-optical alignment control, endoscopy with imaging, wear analysis, operating fluid analysis Valve machining, crack testing, hardness measurements, surface machining, grinding technology, paint layer thickness measurement
On-site, we also perform exhaust gas analyses as well as structure-borne and airborne sound analyses and determine performance.

We are convinced: An aggregate completely overhauled by our service technicians is in no way inferior to a new one. That's why, after a complete overhaul, we give you the same warranty you would receive from us for a new aggregate.
The only requirement: All necessary spare parts are original spare parts.
