System
One of Northern Europe’s largest test benches
Three test bays and a water brake test bench, designed for systems with a total output of up to 7.2 MW. New and fully overhauled diesel engines run here, as do complete gensets – individually or in parallel operation.
What you see here is not a control station at the end of production. It is the reason we know what we deliver.

Measurement
Not just run it. Prove it.
A genset that runs says little. A genset measured under defined conditions says everything. That is why, during every test run, we record not only output and speed, but the system’s entire behaviour – right down to noise, exhaust and power quality.
- Exhaust gas analyses
- Structure-borne and airborne sound measurements
- Volume flow measurement
- Grid analysis – measurement of waveform and asymmetry
- Presentation of standard conditions

Every measurement is documented. You do not receive a genset with a tick, but with figures.

Our test bench has been consistently modernised and expanded over many years. The infrastructure is designed to be so flexible that we can tailor test setups to the respective requirement – regardless of how complex or demanding the test scenario is.
Customer-specific operating scenarios. Extreme load conditions. Special test requirements. We create the technical prerequisites to realistically replicate almost any situation – safely, transparently and to the highest safety standards.
Open test bench
Also for systems that are not from us
The test bench is not only open to our own production. Shipyards, shipping companies and manufacturers use it for acceptance runs, classifications and verification measurements on their own systems – with our technology, our measuring equipment and our people.
